Villa Salemi is an elegant countryside villa with a private swimming pool, set in a quiet and sunny location just 6 km from the historic town of Salemi in the province of Trapani.
Sleeping up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and four bathrooms, the property is arranged as a main villa with an adjoining annex, offering generous space both indoors and outdoors. Carefully restored, the house retains the character of traditional Sicilian summer living, with stylish interiors featuring soft pastel tones, floral fabrics, touches of olive green and lemon, white walls, chandeliers and antique wooden furniture.
Outside, a well-maintained Mediterranean garden with palms and native trees surrounds the villa, while terraces, a shaded patio with pergola and a sun terrace provide inviting spaces for outdoor dining and relaxation. Combining authentic atmosphere with modern comforts, the villa is ideally placed for exploring western Sicily, with local amenities close by and beaches within easy reach.
SWIMMING POOL: 6.00 x 12.00 metres with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.50 metres. It is open from 01/04 to 10/11, is heated to 25°C and uses a salt depuration system.
