A charming villa with contemporary interiors, a private swimming pool in a quiet, sunny and panoramic position in the countryside near Scicli, an enchanting, ancient baroque town and one of UNESCO’s world heritage sites. Villa Scicli looks over a well-kept garden with a beautiful swimming pool and spacious, sunny terraces which are all framed by characteristic dry-stone walls.
Guests are also welcome to use a private tennis court and an exclusive wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool bath and multi-sensory shower.
The property is unusual in that despite its traditional exterior, the interior is contemporary with its use of space and minimalist style and includes four comfortable bedrooms, five bathrooms, a large, bright living room with a kitchen and dining area and a sitting room with a bar. Ideal for large families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday, Villa Scicli is a perfect base for exploring the nearby baroque towns of Ragusa-Ibla, Modica, Noto and Syracuse in the Val di Noto, the places made famous by the Sicilian writer Andrea Camilleri’s character Inspector Montalbano, such as the fishing villages of Sampieri, Donnalucata and Punta Secca, renowned also for their golden sandy beaches.

The private heated saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen and dining area make outdoor living a real highlight, while the villa’s location provides an excellent base for discovering southeast Sicily, including Noto, Marzamemi and the surrounding nature reserves.
