Villa Buonconvento is a beautifully renovated Tuscan retreat set in an elevated position amidst the rolling countryside south of Siena only 19 Km from Montalcino.

Surrounded by approximately one hectare of private grounds, the villa enjoys uninterrupted views across the landscape and offers a wonderful balance of comfort, style and outdoor living. Ideally situated only 5 Km from  Buonconvento and within easy reach of Montalcino, Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia and Bagno Vignoni, Villa Buonconvento is perfectly placed for exploring the renowned wine regions and picturesque villages of southern Tuscany.

ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES: The villa offers approximately 350 square metres of living space arranged over two floors.

On the ground floor, an open-plan living area incorporates a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting room with fireplace. Large doors open directly onto the covered terraces and gardens, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Also on this level are a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, the beds of which can be configured as a double if required. A separate television room and guest facilities complete the ground floor accommodation.

The first floor is accessed via both an internal and external staircase. Here guests will find three further en-suite bedrooms, including two spacious principal suites. One features a freestanding bathtub, lounge area, television and walk-in wardrobe, while the second offers a lounge area, television and walk-in wardrobe. The remaining double bedroom also benefits from its own en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms enjoy views over the surrounding countryside.

EXTERIORS: The villa is surrounded by landscaped gardens extending to approximately one hectare. Designed to make the most of the setting, the outdoor spaces provide a variety of areas for relaxing and entertaining. A covered terrace beside the house offers dining for up to twelve guests, while a second covered terrace provides a comfortable lounge area overlooking the countryside. Adjacent to the pool area is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with dining space, making al fresco meals particularly enjoyable.

Additional features include a gas-fired pizza oven, bocce court, fire pit with seating, panoramic jacuzzi terrace, double hammocks and an electric vehicle charging point.

SWIMMING POOL: The stunning infinity swimming pool measures 14m x 6m and occupies a prominent position within the grounds, taking full advantage of the surrounding views.  The pool can be heated upon request - please notify us at least one week before arrival should you require the pool heating. 

The pool area is fully fenced and features generous sunbathing terraces, twelve sun loungers, two gazebos, an outdoor shower and comfortable seating areas, creating an ideal setting for long days spent outdoors.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION & NOTES:
The villa is accessed via approximately 1km of unpaved road in good condition.

Up to two pets may be accepted on request, subject to the owner's approval and an additional charge.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

Please note that one of the principal suite bathrooms is open-plan and does not have a door.

Pool heating is available on request and should be arranged at least one week prior to arrival. The pool temperature is dependent upon weather conditions. To help maintain the water temperature, the pool cover may be closed by the villa staff at sunset, during periods of cooler or wet weather, or when guests are away from the property.
