Our story began over 50 years ago, when Barry and Christine Pearson fell in love with Tuscany — its golden coastlines, sun-drenched hills, and timeless charm. What started with a collection of villas in Marina di Pietrasanta on the Tuscan coast has grown into a carefully curated portfolio that now stretches across some of Italy’s most beautiful regions.
Still family-run today, our business is built on local knowledge, personal service, and decades of experience living, working, and holidaying in Italy. We’ve wandered the same cobbled streets, shared wine in the same sunlit piazzas, and woken to the same breathtaking views as our guests. Most of our villas we’ve personally visited; the rest have earned their place in our collection through years of collaboration with trusted owners and the glowing reviews of guests who return time and again.
